Location Costs - Payment terms PLAYERS GATE CATERING FACILITY: The Players Gate facility is booked for catered events only. All goods and services to be procured from or through Players Gate unless otherwise noted on contract. A non-refundable deposit of the base rental fee is required to book the facility, date and time. Rental rate is $______ for groups up to 250 attending, for up to four hours. Gate/ Facility is opened 30 minutes before rental period begins. No food will be served before a minimum of 30 minutes after rental starts. For groups over 250 attending, call for rental rate. Additional hours, if available, added at $_______ per hour. *Your Live band, add $250.00 to the rental fee. No booking is considered definite until the non-refundable deposit is received. An additional deposit of approximately 50% of the total, is required, fourteen days prior to the event. Gratuity of 15% added to hosted and open bar and non-self serve soft drinks prices. Sales taxes will be added to total. Balance to be paid in full, including payment for additional services or purchases, on or before the conclusion of the event. TRANSFER POLICY A 120 day written cancellation notice is required to be able to transfer the original deposit. The deposit is transferable one time, to an in house function of equal or greater expense, within one year of notice. When transferring date, an additional deposit of equal value of the full deposit is required. GUARANTEES Two weeks prior to the scheduled event, the lessee will provide Players Gate Catering with a guaranteed minimum number of guest anticipated to attend function. Payment for any number of guest over the agreed amount will be due in full upon completion of the function. FOOD & BEVERAGE Only food, beverages and liquor purchased from Players Gate Catering will be permitted. All food and beverages not consumed remain property of Players Gate Catering due to health and liability issues. We reserve the right to refuse to serve liquor to any one under 21 or in our opinion is intoxicated. AMUSEMENTS & INFLATABLES Due to Insurance and liability concerns, Players Gate Catering will no longer allow "Dunking Booths" at our facility. We will only allow inflatables rented from Players Gate Catering. Prices and styles are located on page 2 of this pricelist. Lessee must sign a rental agreement and waiver. Players Gate Catering must approve any other rental games or equipment, and a separate charge will be applied. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT Any group or responsible parties engaging a band or special entertainment must have approval of the Players Gate Catering prior to the signing of contract. Strict guidelines are to be followed for stage, electrical, sound volume, and speaker set-ups, etc. *Fee may be waved, for small band, when set-up, tear down, occurs during rental period. |
